You have full control over your data directly within the GlowLab app. Navigate to Profile > Edit Profile to access these options:
- Update Information: Edit your name, phone number, and password at any time.
- Erase Data: Use the "Erase My Data" feature to clear your appointment history while keeping your account active.
- Delete Account: (Danger Zone) Use the "Delete Account" button to permanently remove your account and all associated personal data from our servers. This action is irreversible.
If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by contacting us at the email below.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal information. Your password is hash-protected, and sensitive data is transmitted via secure headers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
The app utilizes standard Android libraries (e.g., Google Play Services, AndroidX) to function. These services may collect basic usage data as per their own privacy policies. We do not serve third-party advertisements in the GlowLab app.
