Booking Policies

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to serve all our clients effectively.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Pricing and service availability may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

Leana Beaty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect their treatment. We recommend a patch test for color services. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if health concerns arise.
